Part finishing

In our company we use several types of machinery for product finishing. The first is a tumbling barrel used to remove sharp edges. We also have a circular vibratory finisher R 260 Euro used to unify the surface. We also use a circular dryer RT 250 Euro.

Dry and wet metal sandblasting

For blasting workpieces we use various abrasives, e.g. glass beads, white aluminium oxide or ceramic. Each has different uses depending on its properties.

Dry sandblasting of the component takes place under pressure in cabinet sandblasters. In addition to standard dry sandblasters, at CENTES we have sandblasters for wet aluminium blasting that produce a smooth surface.

• a professional NORMFINISH® NP–12 blasting cabin for wet sandblasting
