We do not focus exclusively on metalworking. We also offer soft and hard soldering, crimping, coil winding, transformer manufacture and coaxial cable assembly.

Soldering

We use it mainly for soldering contacts, joints and cables.

We also take care of soft soldering of your components

Soft soldering is joining metals with another metal — solder — with a lower melting point than the metals being joined. The solder melts below 450°C and is used to join soft and hard steels, galvanized and tin-plated steel sheets, aluminium, copper alloys, etc.

Crimping

Crimping means joining a connector and an electrical conductor or high-frequency coaxial cable for signal transmission by pressing (crimping). Crimping suits a wide range of diameters and creates quality, safe and highly durable joints.

For crimping we use various forms – e.g. hexagonal, square, round, trapezoidal, W-shaped or double-W forms, etc. Crimping is sometimes also called cold welding. At CENTES we most often crimp various cable types, e.g. flat, coaxial, flex.

Coil winding

Within electrical production and assembly we also wind coils. For linear coil winding we use a quality high-speed winder. Most often we wind coils with wire diameter 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm.

Coaxial cable assembly

Coaxial cables have one cylindrical outer conductor and one wire or tubular inner conductor. The outer and inner conductors are separated by a non-conductive layer called the dielectric. Coaxial cables can range from a few millimetres to several tens of centimetres in diameter.

Our company assembles coaxial cables for feeders of transmitting or receiving antennas, TV antenna downleads, TV distribution, cable TV and telephony. Most often, of course, we assemble coaxial cables for computer networks.
