Phosphating and degreasing
Phosphating together with degreasing improves adhesion for subsequent coating.
Pretreatment
We pretreat parts on a carousel degreasing machine MCL 800/OS from SUMMA Šumperk. Its main advantage is degreasing, phosphating and subsequent rinsing and drying in a single technological cycle.
Why phosphating and degreasing?
Phosphating is a very important surface pretreatment of the product. We cannot do without it not only when painting.
Thanks to phosphating:
- we reduce friction during forming
- we increase adhesion of paint and lubricant
- corrosion protection and electrical insulation are created
