Metal welding

We focus on welding parts from steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys.

We weld with flame, and with welding in an inert (MIG) or active (MAG) shielding gas atmosphere.

We also provide TIG welding using a non-consumable electrode and an inert shielding gas atmosphere.

We weld one-off and small-series production

We weld using these methods:

• Flame welding
• Spot welding
• MIG MAG welding in shielding gas.

Flame welding and spot welding

Flame welding: for flame welding we most often use a mixture of acetylene and oxygen. In the correct ratio this mixture reaches a flame temperature of up to 3200 °C, which is sufficient for welding steels.

We also use this method for soldering (steel, non-ferrous metals and e.g. silver) and oxygen cutting (oxy-fuel cutting).

We offer quality spot welding

We provide both direct and indirect spot welding.

We most often use electrodes made of copper and cobalt alloy.
