Metal press braking
Thanks to our top equipment we can quality-bend a wide range of sheet-metal components. Press braking at CENTES is performed on a modern servo-driven press brake.
Sheet-metal press braking
For press braking we use a CONE C12 press brake with a pressing force of 440 kN, working speed of 10 mm/s and length of 1300 mm.
In cooperation with our partners we also provide quality surface finishes for bent profiles (galvanic zinc plating, silver plating, etc.).
We press-brake one-off and small-series production
We will bend sheets for you:
- from steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals,
- rectangular and square cross-section
- up to 20 mm thick and up to 1300 mm long

We can also manufacture special cutting tools for sheet-metal processing on hydraulic or manual presses. We only need the drawing documentation.
