Powder and wet painting

We provide powder and wet painting

For spraying powder coatings we use epoxy (EP), epoxy-polyester (PEP) and polyester (PES) paints. Powder coatings can be applied either electrostatically or electrokinetically. We use booths from Kovofiniš. We can powder-coat up to 3 000 ⨯ 2 000 ⨯ 1700 mm and 30 kg. Before painting we pretreat by phosphating. You can choose any colour shade and surface structure.

The second type is wet painting. We perform it in two manual spray booths with a water curtain under overpressure. The wet paint shop also includes a drying and curing oven measuring 1100 x 1700 x 1100 mm (length x height x width).

Dry and wet painting

We provide:

• electrostatic painting of flat or slightly curved parts and surfaces
• electrokinetic painting of parts with recesses
• wet painting
