Job description
- Set up and operate your assigned CNC machine
- Maintain your assigned machine and keep the workplace tidy
- Carry out ongoing measurement and inspection of manufactured parts
- Check the condition of tools and replace them
- Report incorrect working procedures and programs and communicate with the process engineer
What we require
- An apprenticeship in mechanical engineering
- Experience working with CNC machines is an advantage
- Knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc control systems is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Independence and diligence
- Willingness to work in a three-shift operation
